With offices in London, Birmingham and Manchester, we have teams on the ground locally who can provide support to our portfolio companies on a daily basis.

Investment Criteria
We offer both capital injection and strategic support to profitable SMEs that have ambitious management teams, scalable business models and strong potential for market leadership.

The businesses we invest in are normally based in the UK (but may have international operations), valued at between £5m and £75m and seeking capital in the range of £2m to £30m. We work across a wide range of business sectors.

People
When it comes to successful private equity deals, it is the people who make all the difference, and ISIS people come from a wide range of backgrounds with a complementary mix of skill sets. What they do have in common is a shared sense of ambition, a questioning nature and an open-minded, flexible and friendly approach to working with every business and the people within them.
